These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the United States pages of egrdecor.com and any related tools and services (the "Site"), operated by EGR Decor ("EGR Decor", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. USING THE SITE

You may use the Site to learn about our products, request samples and information, and contact us. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to submit a request through the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• submit false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone;
• interfere with the Site's operation or security, or upload viruses or other harmful code;
• scrape, crawl or harvest content or personal information from the Site by automated means without our written permission; or
• copy, reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the Site except as these Terms allow.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We try to keep product information, specifications, colors and images on the Site accurate and current, but they are provided for general information only and may change without notice. Colors and finishes shown on screen can differ from the physical product; please request a sample before you specify or order. Information on the Site is not professional, design or installation advice, and you should confirm that a product suits your project and complies with applicable codes before you use it.

The Site may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We may correct them and update information at any time.

3. SAMPLES, QUOTES AND ORDERS

Sample requests are subject to availability, and we may limit the number of samples per request. Prices, availability and lead times shown on the Site or given in a quote are subject to change and are not an offer to sell. Trade orders are subject to acceptance by us and to our trade terms and conditions of sale, which apply to those orders in addition to these Terms. We may decline or cancel any request or order, including where information is incorrect.

4. ACCOUNTS

If you have a trade or specifier account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its content, including text, images, product names, logos, decor designs, documents and downloadable files, are owned by or licensed to EGR Decor and its related companies and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and download content for your own business use in specifying or buying our products. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or use it without our written permission. "EGR", "StyleLite", "StyleLex" and our other product names are trademarks of the EGR group.

6. YOUR SUBMISSIONS

If you send us ideas, feedback or other materials, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment to you. Do not send us anything confidential through the Site's forms. Personal information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to websites and services operated by others, such as distributors and maps. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is part of these Terms.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. Warranties for our products are given only in our written product warranty documents, not by this Site.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EGR DECOR AND ITS RELATED COMPANIES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EGR Decor and its related companies, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. GENERAL

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any trade terms that apply to your orders, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
