MR MDF: the everyday core
EGR Decor MR MDF panels are made for cabinetry and interiors where durability, stability and surface performance matter. They suit kitchen and vanity doors, furniture, wardrobes and general cabinetry.
All are produced on MR MDF rated to formaldehyde emissions standard E0 or TSCA Title VI. Single-sided and double-sided configurations are available.
Substrates in the US range
StyleLite comes on ¼" MR MDF rated TSCA Title VI, and ⅝" and ¾" MR MDF listed as E0. Its ¾" ABS carcass is TSCA Title VI MR MDF, in 4 × 8' and 4 × 10'.
TruNatur comes in ¼" MDF and ¾" MR MDF, both TSCA Title VI. PETLite and Studio come on MDF in nominal ¾" and ¼".
For wet areas, StyleLite comes on a ¾" waterproof composite core, and StyleLite MPP adds ⅝" PVC and ¾" ABS carcass panels.
US waterproof carcass
The US range has two waterproof carcass options. StyleLex White Carcass is ¾" ABS on a weatherproof composite core, 49 × 97", for high-end cabinetry and paintable doors.
StyleLex White (WPC) Waterproof Carcass is ⅝" with an extruded skin, 48 × 96". It is the cost-effective, carcass-only option for high-volume projects.
Balanced, double-sided panels
StyleLite and TruNatur panels are double-sided and balanced, so the panel stays flat. StyleLite sheet laminated in the workshop must always be balanced on the reverse of the substrate.
