StyleLite (TruGloss and TruMatte)
Wipe with warm soapy water and a clean microfibre cloth, back and forth, until the mark is gone. Dry gently with a clean microfibre cloth.
For upkeep, use Novus No. 1 or Matte Maxx. Apply any product to a damp microfibre cloth, never directly onto the sheet.
If a mark persists, low-odour kerosene or a 9:1 water to isopropyl alcohol mix can be used. Always wipe down afterwards with a damp clean cloth to remove residue.
Do not use paper towel or dry-wipe the surface at any time.

Repairing TruGloss scratches
For marks and light scratches, apply Novus No. 2 or a good liquid polish to a clean microfibre cloth. Polish gently in circles, then clean off the polish.
For heavier scratches, use Novus No. 3 or a fine compound polish. Polish firmly back and forth at right angles to the scratch, then repeat the light-scratch step.
Remove all polish residue. Low-speed electric buffing also works on gloss sheet and panels. TruMatte cannot be repaired.
TruNatur
Wipe up spills promptly with a non-abrasive absorbent material. Clean with warm water and a clean microfibre cloth or soft sponge.
For stubborn dirt and grease, add liquid dish detergent to warm water. Rinse with water and dry with a clean cloth.
Test any other cleaner on an inconspicuous spot first. Do not scrub one spot for a long time.
Never use abrasive creams or pads, steel wool, brushes, polishes, waxes or bleach. Avoid ammonia, strong acids, solvents, vinegar-based cleaners, descalers, cellulose thinners and steam cleaners.
Use a cutting board, and never put hot pots or pans directly on the surface.
