Versilite panels are 18mm moisture-resistant MDF, 2440 × 1220mm (8ft × 4ft), laminated with a premium 0.23mm matte PVC film. The film is made to take the rigours of daily life, not just to look good.
Panels are bonded with high-performance PUR adhesive and are fully balanced, good two sides, for a stable and robust foundation for cabinetry.

A premium matte PVC film is laminated to moisture-resistant MDF with a high-performance PUR adhesive. The non-porous film is a barrier against spills and humidity, so the panel suits kitchens, bathrooms and laundries.

We measure scratch resistance as pencil hardness, to ASTM D3363: graded graphite pencils are pushed across the surface at 45 degrees with a set downforce, and the rating is the hardest pencil that does not scratch or mark it.

What is Versilite?

How is a Versilite panel made?
A 0.23mm matte PVC film is laminated to 18mm moisture-resistant MDF with a high-performance PUR adhesive. Panels are fully balanced and finished on both sides. In North America the MDF core is EPA TSCA Title VI compliant.
How scratch resistant is Versilite?
Versilite's super matte PVC face rates 4H pencil hardness under ASTM D3363. The film is made to resist marks from everyday bumps and scrapes.
Can Versilite be used in a laundry or bathroom?
Yes. The non-porous film is a barrier against spills and humidity, so the panel suits kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. Published uses include laundry cabinets and bathroom vanities.
How do I clean Versilite?
Wipe it down with a damp cloth. Harsh chemicals are not needed.
