Engineered
for exposure.
StyleLex is a flexible, fully encapsulated decorative board system for covered outdoor cabinetry — outdoor kitchens, alfresco joinery and undercover exterior millwork. Weatherproof panels, scratch-resistant surfaces, and a restrained palette of matte, woodgrain and textured finishes.

A complete system,
not just a face.
StyleLex is available as face panels, complementary carcass panels and matching edge banding — a complete system that simplifies fabrication and holds visual continuity from door front to cabinet interior.
Every component is purpose-built for long-term performance in the high-moisture, high-UV conditions of a covered outdoor environment. It will not warp, swell or degrade the way MDF or timber does.
13 decors in
the collection.
Built to sit
outside.
The performance comes from the core as much as the face. A waterproof composite core replaces the MDF that fails in wet conditions, and the polymer surface is UV-stabilised so the colour holds through Australian summers. Both faces are decorated and balanced, so the panel stays flat under thermal movement.

What people
ask us.
Can StyleLex be used in a fully exposed outdoor kitchen?
No. StyleLex is for covered outdoor areas, such as alfresco kitchens and BBQ joinery under a roofline. It is not intended for fully exposed, unroofed installations, and panels should be protected from direct and prolonged sunlight.
What does the StyleLex system include?
StyleLex is a three-part system. It has 18mm double-sided face panels on a waterproof composite core, 16mm and 18mm carcass panels, and 1mm matched edge banding. Face panels are 2400 × 1200mm.
Can I match StyleLex outdoors to my indoor kitchen?
Yes, several decors are matched. StyleLite Alabaster, Mountain, Slate and Shell TruMatte pair with StyleLex New Alabaster, New Mountain, New Slate and New Shell. TruNatur Cinnamon Teak and Classic Walnut pair with StyleLex Teakwood and Southern Walnut.
Can StyleLex carcass panels be painted?
Yes. The 18mm white ABS waterproof carcass has a paint-ready surface for two-pack polyurethane, so doors can match a painted kitchen. Prime or edgeband all edges before painting, and always test the paint system first.
How close can StyleLex be to a barbecue?
Do not expose StyleLex panels to temperatures above 70°C. Keep safe clearances from cooktops, barbecues and other heat-producing appliances, as required by building codes and the appliance maker.
